Overview
This is my first novel. It's been several years and a long, tedious process to get here. And we're still not done yet. Here's the summary:
In an alternate world, not dissimilar to ours, the ruling class politicans of Amarila scheme their way into wealth and power. Olivier de L'ourette is the prime canidiate to replace his grandfather as the Duke of Valles in a few years, but disaster strikes after an attempt on his life. Now, news of his assassination is rocking the country and his twin brother, Lucas, is suspiciously unaccounted for.
And he's not the only one.
People are going missing. Schemers and criminals are making moves in the dark. And all the while, the neighboring countries watch and the unrest grows.
